The Stewpendous Showdown

Barlowe Cranshaw an Innkeeper in the small town of Finville, is preparing for yet another year of the town's annual Soup-Off. Where the town comes together for a contest of who can make the best soup. Barlowe however always comes in last. This year although, he says he has a secret ingredient, but doesn't believe its enough to secure victory. He asks of you to make the other competitors have "Setbacks" in thier soups, so that he may have a better chance of winning.
